Beyond excited

I’m thrilled to finally own a freeze dryer, it’s been years waiting for the right moment when my life was calm and time to actually use it. I’m still waiting to use it as our original place to use it fell through so now have to come up with plan B! I will have to wait for snow to melt and nicer weather to arrive but I am busy reading up on how to use it and all the fun things I can make for my 10 grandkids! They have all put their ideas out there so Nanny won’t ever be wondering what to make.
The entire process was pretty easy and straight forward when I decided to order my med freeze dryer! Just had to wait a few weeks for delivery as I’m in Canada.
It arrived in great shape and nothing was missing from my order. Now to get this snow to melt and spring flowers to bloom so we can get plan B in motion!

ive done 3 runs of food and i am on the 4th
this has been a great product, the drain line is a little stiff and made it hard to find a good way for a permeant setup, as well as the door needing to adjusted and needing to purchase tools to do so.
all in all everything ive done has turned out perfectly and the machine was very easy to clean, defrost.
