Your credit card will be authorized for the entire amount of your order, but only charged for the 1st month's instalment.

Once you place an order your credit card will be preauthorized for the entire value of the order just to make sure the balance is available. During this entire process, we don't even ask for your SSN (social security number). The DR240W measures 8' x 4' x 6 2/3' and is a narrower version of the DR240 and is still ideal for most indoor spaces without compromising growth quality and reliability.

Damaged Shipment:

Cancellations & Refunds:

Order cancellations must be received within 24 hours of placing an order. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Returns:

Due to our growing range of products, we respect and tailor to the return policies of all our manufacturers. All products returned to us must be accompanied by a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Trimleaf.

Any nutrient and supplemental brands are subject to final sale and are not eligible to be returned once opened and used. No exceptions.

Each return is subject to a minimum of 20% restocking fee where return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
