GreenBroz Rise Conveyor Harvester

The GreenBroz Rise Conveyor, which boasts continuous and timed feeding to various devices in your harvest process, is a further step in automating your harvest process. The Rise Conveyor is portable and can carry up to 15 pounds at once. When used with Sorter, it speeds up sorting by more than 5 pounds per minute.

The Rise Conveyor has been combined by GreenBroz with other devices like the Precision Sorter and Precision Grinder (coming soon) to build harvest systems that lower your investment cost (compared to purchasing devices separately) while significantly boosting the performance of this equipment.

In addition to being very easy-to-use, the Rise Conveyor offers variable speed control for fine-tuning your output and an HMI touch screen for easy operation. It also includes an emergency stop button should anything go wrong during the operation. Also, the Whisper Quiet technology makes this machine virtually silent while it operates, so you can focus on getting work done instead of worrying about disturbing others around you.

Variable Speed Control

The Rise Conveyor’s variable speed control enables growers to sort differently sized, shaped, and densely packed flowers. You can adjust the speed to match how you want to sort your flowers so that you get exactly what you want. This allows you to sort your flowers efficiently, while also preserving their natural smell and taste.

Whisper Quiet Motor

No one likes to spend their time in a noisy environment. That’s why the Rise Conveyor was designed with a whisper-quiet motor that won't disturb your neighbors or your family. With the Rise Conveyor, you can sort indoors or outdoors without worrying about annoying the people around you.

Emergency Stop Button

If you ever need to stop the machine for any reason, there’s an emergency stop button that will turn off the conveyor belt and power to the machine. Even though Rise Conveyor reduces human interaction, this is still a great feature that helps prevent unexpected accidents and injuries while you're sorting your flowers.

Huge Capacity

The Rise Conveyor has a feed rate of 5+ lbs/min, which means it can handle large quantities of flowers quickly and efficiently. This saves patence and time because you don’t have to wait around while the machine is running.
