The big ripper is a great device for my concentrates. Keep it charged and keep it clean and it'll hit awesome. I use the titanium nail, seems to heat up better. But still need to figure out what's best for the ceramic. The quartz works great too. Definitely recommend for someone who likes an easy and simple way to enjoy they're concentrate. Plus mine had a small problem when I received it, but timeleaf was on it quick(emailed them and got a phone call in 2 minutes) solved my problem over the phone and were very helpful and cool people. Thanks again timeleaf , I'll be back and telling everyone where to go for great products and superior customer service.
