Triminator has been well known in the trimmer industry as the winner of the 2016 High Times Best Dry Trimmer Award. Despite only being relatively new to the industry, they’ve engineered industrial quality machines and have a great customer base from beginners all the way to large scale businesses.

Manufactured in Northern California, Triminator has recently ventured into the Rosin Press market and released two machines – the TRP and the TRP Stack.

Both rosin presses can produce up to 25 tons of pressure and are built with a steel power frame. Let’s take an in-depth look and compare the two.

Triminator Rosin TRP

Triminator TRP Rosin Press

Starting off with the little brother, the Rosin TRP features a proprietary design that focuses on the large 6” x 10” aluminum plates to maximize the surface area that you can press flower and kief and maintain a short distance for the oil to travel.

The TRP comes with dual PID temperature controls for each platen so you can set the exact temperature for desired results.

In order to operate the press, pumps are needed and Triminator offers a manual, air hydraulic, or electric pump. Both the manual and air hydraulic pumps need an air compressor.

The TRP Stack has been the more popular model of the two and with good reason. The TRP Stack features the Easy Pivotä Drip Tech System which allows you to rotate the press and let the rosin fall immediately for an easier collection.

None of the other rosin presses in the market currently offer this feature making the Triminator a great choice for professionals.

The TRP Stack comes with three 6” x 10” aluminum plates with each having its own PID temperature control so you can set the exact temperature for desired results. Having 3 plates can easily double your yield and provide greater output than the normal TRP.

In order to operate the press, pumps are needed and Triminator offers a manual, air hydraulic, or electric pump. Both the manual and air hydraulic pumps need an air compressor.

It’s not a surprise why the TRP Stack is the more popular of the two and it is definitely a game changer.

Why Triminator?

A lot of the rosin presses in the market are off-brand and generic models that come from China. Parts break down quicker and there’s little to absolutely no support from these companies.

However, the Triminator is made in the USA right out of California where they manufacture and engineer each press where you get a full 2 year warranty and the support you need to get pressing.
